Our IT Department is working hard to release our newest version of our NEW Express Check-In Plus. Version 9.1 should be available by June 2009. New features will include:
1. A new look and feel to many screens with tab functionality and access points.
2. The POS module will have a new look and feel for improved efficiencies.
3. The data entry module has an improved New Modification window to improve productivity.
4. Check-In module has new messages for the day & time restricted memberships.

I wish to thank all our IT staff for their hard work in redesigning our web site. This completes our first phase of web site redesign. Look for further changes in the future that will enhance our client's and their customer's experience in using Electronic Billing & Collecting Services.
EBCS has added two new web reports: "Delinquent Summary Report" and "Delinquent Detail Report". These reports are updated daily and it is an easy tool to use to identify problem accounts.

Electronic Billing is now offering billing cycles of weekly or bi-weekly to allow your members additional payment options and give our clients additional closing tools. Will it be easier for your staff to sell a $25.00 bi-weekly membership versus a $50.00 monthly membership?
